Turkey in Europe: benefit or catastrophe? Meeting in Rome at the Lepanto Foundation Headquarters
Turkey’s entrance into the European Union was the subject addressed at a meeting held last June 18 at the Lepanto Foundation in a meeting-discussion coordinated by Professor Roberto de Mattei, Christianity historian and President of the Foundation. Daniele Raineri, a journalist for the “Foglio” , and an expert in foreign policy and, in particular, the Middle East participated. Professor de Mattei also presented his latest work, “Turkey in Europe: Benefit or Catastrophe?” (Sugarco, 2009)
